Our Managing Director, Peter Dalman, currently serves as Chair of the Canterbury / Marlborough executive board, reinforcing Finesse’s active leadership and involvement within the New Zealand painting industry.

Peter leads Finesse with a genuine passion for people, problem-solving, and contributing to the wider painting industry. Deeply involved through both Finesse and his board commitments with Master Painters New Zealand, he is driven by the opportunity to meet new people, tackle challenges, and help move the industry forward. His leadership has played a key role in shaping Finesse into the nationwide business it is today.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life, a glass of decent red wine, and quality time with his family.

Michael is an experienced General Manager & Business Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in diverse industries across multiple locations. Skilled in relationship management, he enjoys working with people and creating new connections.

Outside of work, Lauren loves spending time outdoors with her two children and is a big foodie who enjoys making the most of time with family and friends.

Hazel is the heart of our Christchurch projects, known for her strong client relationships, great sense of humour, and calm, solutions-focused approach. She believes everything is always fixable and that communication comes first, keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Being from the UK she’s mad keen on her football, loves netball, marathon running and figure skating. An all round super sporty member of our team.

Outside of work, Holly loves all things nature, especially the sun and sea. She is passionate about holistic health, and her favourite thing to do is creating magical family memories with her two children.
