You may recall that the contract involved the full interior repainting of a block of 10 residential units built in the 1960s, as detailed in the EQC scope. Among the requirements was that layers of old wallpaper were removed and walls skimmed to a smooth finish before painting.

Peter and the Finesse team of craftsmen were very obliging in scheduling the interior work around the requirements of the residents; achieving this to the satisfaction of all by their exemplary liaison and communication.

Considerable skill was also required in the exterior contract, with epoxy resin and plastering work completed to a high standard, and an attractive repaint which has given the building a fresh modern look.

The work, over months, would not have flowed so smoothly were it not for the excellent communication skills and “high tone” which Peter Dalman brings to the task.

Finesse Painting has recently carried out a complete interior and exterior redecoration of our hotel.​
