We are a painting and decorating company of 50+ specialists working across New Zealand. The brand promise we make to homeowners is the one we keep to our crews: show up on time, do what we say, follow up when we say we will. A crew that turns up is most of the work.
We are usually recruiting in one of two ways. Painters, plasterers, brush hands, foremen, and apprentices looking for full-time work with a national company. Or experienced subcontractors and sub-trades looking for regular, well-organised work in their region.

Full-time and part-time positions. Painters, brush hands, foreman and project managers, gib stoppers, apprentices. Crews across NZ, including Queenstown, Wellington, Blenheim, Nelson, and the West Coast.

- Modern tooling and Resene-system work.We work mostly on Resene specifications, with the training and the documentation that comes with being a Resene Eco.Decorator member.
- A path to upskill.Apprenticeships, ticket support (EWP, harness, working at heights, first aid), and movement between residential, commercial, and specialist crews where the interest is there.
What we ask
We run a drug and alcohol policy on site. We expect Site Safe awareness and the relevant certificates for the work you are tasked with. All work is on the books, properly invoiced, with PAYE for employees and clear payment terms for subcontractors. We do not run cash jobs.
