This non-descript looking building in Newtown, Wellington, is home to some equipment which keeps the internet running for many in the region. Working to strict requirements around dust management, the team worked on a remediation project to repair specific areas of the scope, including repairs and painting to concrete walls, new gib board, selected ceilings, etc. throughout. The exterior of the building was refreshed in a clean white colour to blend into the surroundings.
