Case study / Commercial / Industrial
Delegat Winery, Blenheim.
Delegat Winery is a commercial winery facility in Blenheim, delivered for Scott Construction. The scope covered new gib walls and ceilings stopped to Level 4, painting to walls, ceilings, and internal doors, and a Sikafloor Multidur EB-12 specialist epoxy system in the plant room, including primer and moisture control.

The brief
Delegat is one of New Zealand's most recognised wine producers, with operations across Marlborough and an international export footprint. The Blenheim facility is a working winery, and the scope delivered by Finesse for Scott Construction covered the interior office spaces alongside specialist plant room work.
The work
The scope covered new gib walls and ceilings stopped to Level 4, painting to walls, ceilings, and internal doors throughout the office areas, and exterior soffits. The plant room required a Sikafloor Multidur EB-12 specialist epoxy system, including primer and moisture control. This is an industrial grade floor coating used in environments where chemical resistance, durability, and moisture management are critical requirements. It sits well outside standard painting work and requires both the correct product knowledge and precise application to perform as specified.
The finish
Delegat Winery is a project that reflects Finesse's ability to manage a broad scope within a single job. Standard painting and stopping work alongside a specialist industrial floor coating system, delivered across a working facility to a consistently high standard. That combination of capability across different scopes and environments is what Finesse brings to commercial projects across New Zealand.
