Working alongside the Property Management company, Finesse painted the entire exterior of this eight unit apartment complex, including concrete blockwork, garage doors, doors and frames, stair balustrades, posts, soffits and some roofing.
A co-ordinated approach
The painting was a large part of a significant exterior upgrade to this complex. The paintwork originally had a very faded and chalky appearance, so the Finesse team worked in conjunction with roofers, builders, plumbers and aerial installers to ensure that this property was brought back to life for many years to come.
