Deck Restoration | Redcliffs, Christchurch
Redcliff, Christchurch.
Finesse washed and oiled the deck of an award-winning Redcliffs home, getting the timber looking brand new for its next owners.
The brief
This Redcliff's home in Christchurch was going on the market so Finesse was asked by the owners to re-stain and protect the deck, bringing it back to its best for new owners to enjoy.
The Work
Before product was applied to the deck, we washed the timber down with Resene Deck Wash to clean off the dirt and any other build up. Washing first matters because oil over timber deck won't take evenly. Once the deck was clean, the oil went on.
The Finish
The deck was back to a warm even colour with the grain showing through. The area looks cared for, which is exactly what a buyer wants to see when they're looking for a new home.
