A full exterior repaint on a residential home in Christchurch. The scope covered timber cladding, soffits, fascia, metal roof, and the separate garage including walls, roof, fascia, soffits, and garage door.
The specification.
Exterior timber cladding was treated with Resene Wood-X Tinted in 'Hessian', a penetrating oil that preserves the natural character of the timber while building in warmth and weather protection. Garage walls were finished in Resene Lumbersider Lo Sheen in 'Half Tea', a warm neutral that sits comfortably within the wider exterior palette.
