Working to timeframes: Finesse worked in teams on each townhouse to ensure that the strict timelines were adhered to. The high level of finish was of utmost importance for this developer, so quality checks were regularly undertaken by both the Regional Project Manager and Site Foreman.

Specified throughout with Resene products, this development utilised soft colours of Resene Black White for the ceilings, doors and trims with Resene Double Merino to the walls.
