St Mary's School is a refurbishment project in Blenheim. The scope covered both interior and exterior works across a substantial area, including stopping and painting of new gib walls and ceilings to a Level 4 finish, interior painting across walls, ceilings, doors, architraves, and trims, and an exterior programme that included Linea weatherboard cladding, Stria vertical feature boards finished across three colours, Explorer, Upside, and Sabbatical, glulam columns, beams, balustrade, and plywood cubbies all finished in Resene Natural Wood Oil, and painted fascia, soffits, and veranda posts.

The finish.

The interior palette is clean and neutral, with Half Athens Grey walls and white ceilings throughout. Outside, Resene Ebony on the fascia and Seafog on the soffits anchor the building, while the three-colour Stria boards add considered variation to the facade.

It is the kind of project that requires careful sequencing across multiple substrates and finish types, and reflects the level of planning and quality control we bring to school environments.
