Aged care facilities and retirement villages are home to residents who need a settled, undisturbed environment. Fitness and wellness venues trade early and late. Whether the project is a new build or a refurbishment, the work has to be clean and programmed around care and daily life.
Where the brief requires it, we apply low-VOC paints to keep air quality high for people remaining in the building. We bring the same specified systems, dust and odour control, and documentation discipline we use across the rest of our commercial work, matched to the infection-control, access, and safety expectations these environments set.

A two-storey health build across a substantial interior and exterior scope. Gib fixing, stopping to Level 4, and full painting across nearly 1,900 square metres, led by Resene Sea Fog with Fuji Green, Ayres Rock, and Equator as accents, specified to create a calm environment appropriate to the facility.
