Finesse has delivered across this sector including the West Coast Mental Health Facility in Greymouth, a two storey health build completed across nearly 1,900 square metres of interior and exterior scope. The specification was detailed, the environment was sensitive, and the work was delivered to the standard the building required.
What stays consistent is how we approach these environments. Low-VOC systems are an option when air quality needs to be maintained for occupants. A sector like this one demands a high level of care and consideration. That is what we bring.

A two-storey health build across a substantial interior and exterior scope. Gib fixing, stopping to Level 4, and full painting across nearly 1,900 square metres, led by Resene Sea Fog with Fuji Green, Ayres Rock, and Equator as accents, specified to create a calm environment appropriate to the facility.
